Fintan graduated Law school at Victoria University in 1991, as well as completing a Bachelor of Arts, and has now been a qualified lawyer for over 25 years. As a seasoned lawyer, Fintan offers clients clear and cost-efficient advice. In his free time, he enjoys biking, diving for paua, reading classic literature and spending time with his family.

Practice Manager
Monica studied accounting at Victoria University and in her final year joined Telecom (now known as Spark) as a Graduate in their Internship Programme. She then spent a year in Sydney contracting to a large timber distribution company to improve logistics and efficiency. Back in New Zealand, she worked for The National Bank as Accounting Assistant to the General Manager of Finance. She has been with Devine Law since before its inception in 2010, working for the company from home while raising the couples' children, and since 2016 as Practice Manager.
CLARE DEVINE

Clare graduated from the University of Waikato in 2018 and was admitted to the Bar in 2021. She worked for a mid-tier Auckland firm, gaining experience in litigation, immigration and employment law, before moving to the government sector where she practised public policy.
Clare enjoys helping people with legal matters, both simple and complex. Her problem-solving and strategic skills help her to identify and achieve a good outcome for clients.

HEATHER MCKENZIE
Secretary
Heather graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Literature. She has been working as a secretary for Devine Law Limited since 2012. During her spare time, she enjoys many of the delights living by the sea offers. She also is fond of reading and viewing films.
